Accommodation exclusively for women.
Check-in: from 15:00.
Check-out: until 12:00.
Sending the guests’ identity document or passport is mandatory before check-in.
Any type of visit is strictly prohibited, and the entry of third parties into the apartment is forbidden. Only the guests shall use the space. There are security cameras in the building and on the electronic lock, as well as 24-hour staff—anyone extra will be identified immediately. Please respect my safety as a host, as I am opening my home to welcome you 🙂
Smoking is not allowed inside the room.
Use of the kitchen is allowed for the preparation of quick meals (breakfast and snacks). The space and utensils are at your disposal for your convenience. For example: storing food in the fridge, making a sandwich, heating water for coffee and tea, preparing eggs, or reheating a ready-made meal in the microwave. No frying, baking, or heavy cooking. Dishes must be washed immediately after use.
The living room area should only be used for meals at the dining table. The bedroom is set up so you can relax, watch TV, and work comfortably.
Please pay attention to noise levels. Do not play loud music. Do not make video calls in the common areas. The household routine is quiet and focused on studying, so there is high sensitivity to noise.
As it is a shared space, the bathroom must be kept clean and organized after each use. Store your belongings in the room after use, except for towels (which can be hanged on the towel rack) and bath products (which can be kept inside the shower stall).
Laundry available for a fee of R$20 per wash cycle (soap and softener are provided).
In case of lost keys, the guest must pay R$100 to cover the costs of new copies.
